RETURNS & EXCHANGES
NO REFUNDS. An item can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Please contact MARY KAISER LTD. for return authorization. tele: 704.266.4002. You are responsible for return shipping and shipping charges will be applied to the exchange item. Gift wrapping is not refundable. If an item is defective, it will be repaired or replaced. In the event that an exchange is not made, a GIFT CERTIFICATE for the amount of the item only will be issued to you.

SHIPPING
Your purchase is shipped either UPS or USPS and should arrive within 7-10 days. If an item is out of stock or has a longer delivery time, you will be notified. In some cases, as with a chair, part of the order will be drop shipped from the supplier and the balance of your order from us.

PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL and a personal check. Please call us with your order so we can provide you with instructions. tele: 704.266.4002 Your order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared.

YUMMMMMMMMMMM ............or GIFT WRAPPING
We gift wrap items that are not oversized for an additional $5. We dress your gift in vanilla paper and a chocolate grosgrain ribbon with a POSEY on top.......sounds good enough to eat!!!! We will also have an added topping for the HOLIDAYS.
